Q: Why there are no prices on the website and where can I possibly buy your art?|
A: We sell our works only through the Fine Art Galleries and Art Dealers. Please call or email us to find the gallery in your area.
Q: I own an Art Gallery and would like to represent your art. What should I do?|
A: You are very welcome to send us your request. Please go to Dealer Login page and click on Apply for an Art Gallery/Dealer account button. When your application is received, we will contact you to discuss your first order. Your first order should be a minimum for 5 giclees on canvas (any size). After that, when your application is accepted, we'll set up your account in our system right away and you will be able to use your DEALER LOGIN next time to make an online order.
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?|
A: Please follow these steps to retrieve your password:
1. Go to our website http://www.anna-art.com
2. Click on DEALER LOGIN link in the left menu.
3. Type in your email address in E-Mail field.
4. Leave the Password field blank and check mark "reset password" box.
5. Press LOGIN button and wait for email with your password.
Q: What if I don't want to order online?|
A: You are very welcome to call or email us and we will be happy to place an order for you. But you still have to set up an account with us first.
Q: Is it any minimum order?|
A: No, there is none (except your first order).
Q: What type of work you are currently carrying?|
A: We are selling an original OIL, ACRYLIC or WATERCOLOR paintings as well as Limited Editions. Each Limited Edition on canvas will be hand embellished by the artist, signed, numbered at the back and varnished. Every Original or Limited Edition painting will include a Certificate Of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Q: How many numbers in the edition?|
A: Currently our editions limited to 50 numbers per image. Size of the painting does not count - it is 50 numbers only. We are numbering our Limited Editions at the back. Each Limited Edition comes with Certificate Of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Q: How do you ship your art?|
A: We ship via UPS or FedEx.
When you are placing the order, you will have an option to order Limited Editions rolled or stretched. Originals will always be shipped stretched.
We are sending the paintings all over the World for many years and there were no problems with delivery.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?|
A: Shipping to North America starting from $24. Shipping costs overseas are depend on what part of the World your gallery is and how big is your order (it is always a good idea to order giclees in roll to save a lot on shipping overseas). Please call or email us for shipping details.
Q: How can I trace delivery status of my shipment?|
A: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Q: How fast you ship orders?|
A: Normally, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
Q: How can I pay for the order?|
A: When you are placing an online order, please choose one of the following options:
1.PayPal (We accept all credit cards online via Paypal. You don't have to be a Paypal registered user to make a payment).
3. Delayed (if you are choosing "Delayed" payment option, we will call you to get your credit card number and exp. date. Or, instead, you may call or email us with the payment details).
